Gem-Gard Stain OP SB
Gem-Gard OP SB is a solvent borne acrylic colored semi-penetrating stain for horizontal concrete surfaces, such as floors, parking garages and patio decks. Gem-Gard OP SB assures long term color stability, ultraviolet resistance, freeze-thaw resistance and alkali and pollution resistance, and protects and extends life of structures. Gem-Gard OP SB is integrally locked into the substrate and forms a water-repellent, but permeable (?breathable?) barrier which prevents passage of water without preventing the normal transmission of water vapor to the outside atmosphere. |
